Ok I have news, I have had to make the purchase of the luxury edition and now I am waiting for the pre-purchase bonus to be activated, the next problem is that it had the Standard version and they cannot āreturnā it according to them I have exceeded the time limit, but you still play for 1 hour, make a refund and buy the product again, it says that you have played for 1 hour ā¦
So waiting for a refund for the standard edition ⦠and hoping to get my pre-order bonus.

day 8, today predator deluxe edition.

I have also been offered the pre-purchase bonus but of course I have paid ⬠100 and I have a deluxe digital version and a standard version ⦠but they do not allow me to refund the standard WTF version

Since you already had pre-ordered the game and refunded it to get the deluxe edition, I may be able to grant the pre-order bonus instead. Youād still have the Standard Edition but with the pre-order bonus. How would you like that?

I have all my digital deluxe edition content on my ps4 pro version. It sucks to pay extra for those content and not getting, i preorder all my games and this never happened to me however my bro is still didnāt receive anything on pc!!! He even spammed epic with messages and all they say is please be patientā¦

Today I get in touch with all of you to inform you that after a long fight and a long wait I have been able to get my pre-purchase bonus from the Epic store.
I also want to report that I have received a refund for my standard edition and this is the result:
Right now I have the pre-order Bonus, skin and mask of 87, Fireteam weapon skin and delux edition.
I hope this information is helpful to everyone and do not lose hope.

Look I have acquired the normal version at the moment, you can check my receipts in epic games and I would like to request the following:
Refund of the Standard edition, to be able to make the purchase again of the Deluxe edition and once done so to be able to obtain the content of the pre-purchase, since I reserved the game at the time but due to an error in the epic store I could not make the purchase of the deluxe edition having the standard edition purchased.

I would like to add that it has been a long and very complicated process, many players who have made the pre-purchase process and want to upgrade to the deluxe edition have had problems the last purchase I have made of the product I just noticed that it is the standard version I have to admit that it was my mistake.

If itās been long, give it a poke. I opened a ticket to Bethesdaās customer support regarding matchmaking not working on DOOM Eternalās Battle Mode. They asked for my DXdiag, which I provided, and then they just straight up ghosted me, lmao.

i been dealing with epic for 3 weeks now, ghosted twice now, I pre order my stuff and in the end said:
