well its a loss for them im sure no one with this issue is gonna pay for dlc or illfonic’s next games if this is their track record right? so at this point they kinda have to other wise thats not just a law suit on their hands but also a lost customers
Well illfonic has a long history, but the problem is the fault of Epic games and they wash their hands.

It is difficult for me to understand how difficult it is to review the purchase data by the Epic Store and verify that YES, we must legitimately obtain access to that content. There is no need to look for a reason or reason why you do not have access, it is simply verified that it belongs to you legitimately by right and it is granted. Is it really that difficult? No.

This is Epic’s system problem is reality, but the servers, the game and the content of the game itself is from Illfonic, they should be able to give us our content and not depend on Epic, the game is theirs, the servers too.
see tho i think they can they just would rather focuss on the game’s content and updates then to worry about every one of their preorders sounds fucked but honestly think about it they have to go throw each email make sure its lidgit then they gotta go throw one at a time and add each skin for each person, one person at a time that would put the whole game on hold for so long i understand why they dont right now but form the chat i had with one of they guys at illfonic i can feel pretty safe that their looking into a way to get it for us

dude i have the same problem and no one is responding to me, this is complete bullshit, it’s been a week, and i still don’t have my content, we have every right to be pissed , because they are not even bothering helping us at this point. imagine pre ordering a digital deluxe edition and get the day one normal edition that’s complete BS

not sure if this helps anyone i know it didnt me but i was told to do this steps by epic games it seemed odd so i thought i would try it the steps are
go to your %Localappdata% folder
Find Epic games Launcher folder
delete it along with everything in the folder
Restart your pc
run the Launcher
verify files
try and see if that worked
just to be sure im Also trying to Uninstall Epic games and Reinstall Via Control panle Epic games launcher Delete and reinstall off their websight hopefully that works and it Fixes it self more on that in a second
