That was what he meant to be the case on Covenant. It can change in the future. During Prometheus that wasnt the case. Canon and continuity are not something that the people in charge take seriously, only some fans do.

While true, it doesnât really help your case when Illfonic liked to mention Canon over and over. It isnât really a âonly someâ issue when they have to literally plaster it over social media or briefings.

We got two great films, a ok one with flaws, and a super shit one, like 2 1/2 so its not that bad yet. Of course only time will tell so letâs just hope its a good one.
Nope. Sorry. Batman does not get to define Superman canon just because there are Superman Easter eggs in Batman. Supes came first and Batman borrowed from it. The same is true for Alien and Predator.

Did you ever saw the original concepts of what the alien was gonna look before Giger came ? It was gonna look like shit without him. The Xeno look is Giger art, the look of the creature is on him, that is his creation.
