Yea my first experience with him wasn’t great, but I’m not sold that it’s because he’s bad. I think it’s just he doesn’t really fit how I play. Either way, I’m meh on him at the moment. I would of MUCHED preferred a “classic” Predator. City Hunter or maybe Wolf or some of the guys from AvP.

Had only one match as him today and I gotta say I don’t like him. He’s too slow for my taste and his stamina even with adrenal boost is awful. He’s cool though I’m probably playing him wrong but I’d rather just take his cosmetics and sword and slap that on my scout and call it a day.

I highly doubt they’ll make the armor available to other classes. Just like with elder and 87’ hunter, armor is probably going to be exclusive to that class.

I agree, have played several matches with him now. On paper he looks good, but in reality not so much.

I’ve tried different perks and secondary weapon options and this is my opinion:

  • The Health appears to be hardy according to stats — but in reality he’s gunned down way too fast and feel like he’s got less Heath than Hunters

  • Lack of Stamina & Movement speed are understandable but then buff Katana Damage output and/or Quicken the attack combos, for they’re so slow FT can easily back-pedal to avoid the swings because they take 10yrs to occur

at the end of the day, everyone uses whatever fits their game playing style. On FT I constantly use Recon and Scout and I don’t like Dutch, even though a lot of people think quite the opposite to me

but the fact of the matter is its a valied Play style and is Very very power full for sure.

now if you dont know how to do it and you know a way were you can play and prefer to play that way GREAT! awesome! thats why theres Different classes for that Reason pick something you like and have fun!

In my opinion, the samurai predator design looks pretty cool but his stats are lame. Initially, I thought the katana seemed kinda lame but then I watched some of Bloodthirsty lord’s videos and the weapon actually seemed very effective. Shifologist also had a good showcase of the katana.

I don’t think I’m gonna use the samurai class but I’m gonna give the katana a try with my hunter class.
