It’s not an exploit it’s a tactic. A very effective one that can still be countered.

The reason players just keep shooting and not bothering for the claim is, once at max level, claims are usually more of a liability than anything. Going in for a quick claim is probably the most common way to get put into second wind. The FT DPS is such that a grenade or two while your claiming and not only is the guy you were claiming not out of the fight, but you are.

As far as bunny hop bow spamming goes. Well I don’t particularly feel predatory while doing the leaping legolis but it’s effective. Nobody complains when I do it with a melee weapon but it’s just as effective and called hit and run. It’s just with a ranged weapon you take less damage and tend to have a better win rate.

Seriously just give PS players bullet magnetism

Field medic is stupid, melee is stupid, and so is jumping into 3 people to try to get a claim. And also having to waste a slot on Ironside for that “playstyle.”
Defensive/offensive stat adjustment perks should be removed.

lol every game with pred in it has had bunnyhopping preds in some form. Glad to see it back since AvP2010 jumpcastering tbh a fresh innovation for people to be upset about because it raises the skillcap ever so slightly.

If the FT and missions were fixed, I would be the first one in line to play pred the way he’s meant to be. Patiently and silently. But that’s not the game we have. Pred has to jump in and mix it up and reposition AFAFP constantly because the missions are three minutes. Game is just designed poorly from the ground up.

Again, I’m not the only one who has pointed out bow hoppers and plasma spammers.

But I guess I should just be ready for Pred mains to lose it if I suggest anything other than a buff to Pred or Nerf to FT. And I have suggested both before.

I can totally get the argument that Preds need specialists to match FT and counter some of their stats, but it’s its not like Preds don’t have distinct advantages of their own. Could things use more balance? Sure. But I have a hard time buying how much of an advantage FT has over Predators is expressed here. I mean, the Preds got a significant buff last patch, and parrying has been reduced, both of which were great. Some here act like the Preds are hopeless against FT still… because guns?

Because the people who keep telling you that are ppl who have played more than enough, and have actually payed attention.

Let’s go to the main problem shall we?
Ft damage.

A single ft can put any pred into sw by themselves in like 2-3 seconds.
Which if this was a 1v1, wouldnt be a problem.
But let’s multiply that by 2, 3, or 4.

Then it becomes completely unfair and unbalanced.

Especially since pred can only ever target 1 person at a time.

I am not claiming to know, hence why I was asking. I’m expressing a frustration based on personal experience which others have also expressed, as a hybrid myself, not a FT main. I’m not claiming to be right.

The best one is just to look at numbers.
How fast ft can do missions,
How much damage they can do.

Aot of us arent just going by personal experience on pred side. But also ft side.
We have ran over preds in less than 5 minutes.

Mainly cause ft is broken.

Neither is using the plasma caster.

So ok, why is it ok for ft to spam bullets that do a lot of damage, but if the pred uses consistent fire rate, then that’s a problem?

Not one Person has ever given me a good answer.

Theres so many things ft can do, but if pred gets even close to it, then it gets painted negatively.

Play more With a good ft.

When someone is making accusations they need to come with evidence, not just an empty statement.

All I did was ask him what cheats the ft uses, I bet he doesn’t even know.
