Ukrainian War News

No, but both have nuke subs, i don’t see how proximity matters in this case.

Because technically you can’t use Nukes…

You have to fight without them. Look at the great job Russia is doing without nukes…

After 2020 , biolabs should concern everybody and Ukraine doesnt seem the least bit concerned 🤔.

I kinda see that, but it’s a big risk. That’s why NATO is not interfering openly. I don’t see how any of that would change. Why wouldn’t NATO ust attack Russia no when it’s most vulnerable?

So they don’t come off as the aggressors. A lot better optics to push Russia to the edge and when Russia strikes after being cornered than Nato can claim how they didn’t start it and look good. Easy to gain support with optics like that

So you still see a scenario of NATO openly attacking Russia to defeat it and take over? I’m not really disagreeing, but i jist don’t see it. Are they going for the oil just like in Iraq?

It’s a proxy war. It’s not Nato vs Russia. It’s Ukraine vs Russia.

Yesh, but what does NATO gdin from it?

Because Russia wasn’t as subject to the whims of international bankers as the west and we can’t have that now can we?

They just gained key members from this war. Finland and Sweden. Now they have the entire border on check and the seas to the west. Not that Russia has a Navy.

Swedish subs are some of the best in the world.

During a training exercise with the US they technically sunk one of our supercarrier’s with one of those subs if that says anything about how good they are they didn’t even get detected

Russias economy is tenth in the world. If not for energy grip on EU, they barely register. Before 2014 Russia was dealing in dollar on about 70% of it’s purchases and it dropped to about 15% currently. I’m not sure what west has won here. They did hamper Russia’s economy are ending EUs dependence on Russian resources. That doesn’t make Russia any less of a threat in the world.

It’s still minor gains considering a possibility of nuclear conflict. Unless they plan to invade, those borders don’t mean a thing.

Their freedom and lives matter more at this point. It’s one thing at a time. Putin doesn’t care either; he’s just using it as political fuel. He allegedly gives orders to murder his opposition, but is sounding righteous all of a sudden.

It was an unprovoked war on Russia’s part. Any gain is a plus.

Nato gained 3 new allies, and territory.
Most likely a regime change in Russia soon.

Russia’s economy is going to be ruined for a while.

This war has proven Russia is a paper tiger and lessens its role as a global super power.

I’ll agree with this. But war is not over yet. What if Russia detonates nuke? Latest talks say that NATO may go in and wipe out all Russian military in Ukraine and black sea. If that happens, will Russia do nothing? There is still a possibility of serious escalation for a price of a few pawns. Kinda extreme gamble.

Any use of Nukes would be mutual destruction. It’s why no one uses them.

It’s just a bluff.

I think so too, but hey it could be one a limited destruction. They’ll take a few shots and wait for the dust to settle. We haven’t actually been there so it’s tough to tell but i doubt that they’ll just keep firing all the payloads until they are empty.

With these bluffs, Putin is leaving himself less and less options. It’s hard to see him make a stop at some point and lose all respect on world stage. Tho i can see him get taken care of by his own people if he does give the order, but i think he knows that too.

If they even fire off one tactical nuke. They will instantly lose all their allies: China, India etc.

Become a pariah state. Which they’re close to being.

Putin will probably be assassinated before he does so.
