We’ll see if it’s all a bluff or not, but Putin is calling for negotiations way too much with his troops retreating. He wants to sound like a reasonable man in one hand and then he opens his mouth again and says that he may use the nukes. He’s totally lost.
It almost sounds absurd. It’s not, ‘surrender or we use nukes’ although i think he said that as well, ‘its negotiate or we use nukes’, which sounds weird.
