These are too generic and your giving them to every Predator. They need to be game changing (in the same way ops and killers are in siege and dbd) and each Pred needs their own unique specialization.

I simply based them off of perks and specializations that fireteam has, like double time and fearless.

Also, the various predators already have a lot of unique stats like health, melee damage, sprint speed, energy reserves, etc. the specializations would just give them a playstyle focus.

I have tried AI dmg buffs in custom match and decided that ai need at least 300% dmg buff to feel some threat from them but reduced hp yes

Again, these things barely matter. Either way your hiding and shooting arrows. They don’t dynamically affect the game like ops and killers do.

Alright, so we have 2 Preds from Norse Mythology, so I suggest the next 2 Original Preds are from Native American Mythology (and would be a great way to build hype for the rumored plot of next pred film). I hate the idea of nerfing the netgun as rn it does it’s job well especially when it take a up a weapon slot all other ranged weapons have infinite ammo that the predator has if you want to nerf it make it a gear item

I also hate your spec suggestions imo all predator specs should be ifX thenY statements like
After spending stamina predator takes less damage for 4 seconds
After performing a stealth kill increase dmg by 2% this effect stacks each PMC claim grants the predator 5% faster move speed etc etc…

Just granting flat buffs is boring
Aside from those 2 things everything thing else seems reasonable at shaking up the nearly 8 month meta we’ve had now

i’m in the camp of just doing this instead of adjusting gear in any way

Predator now has a dedicated button to use gear like FT does no longer requiring them to equip them first
Netgun is now a 5 cost gear item and only has half as many shots as it did before

so now a predator with the sickle equipped could click another button and

“throw a bear trap”
“Fire the netgun”
“Fire wrist rocket”
or use whatever other gear gets added in the future

he can pressure at medium/short distances still be a melee threat or use crowd control or whatever other active equipment the devs create
you could in theory if enough different/good gear gets added no longer need to equip any ranged weapons and rely solely on gear and melee
medkits would still require you to equip and use however

the easiest way to allow this keybind to happen is Target Iso should be a hold button action

there done now there is one free button available to the predator and this can be done

Yeah a lot of fire team players do get cocky but a predator always spawns near a camp pretty much, where the fire team isn’t and Preds can just activate the alarm already making a Ai horde
