These are the results of my preliminary tests of assault rifles. Our method was to fire a single shot at a range determined by spotting an object for the predator to stand next to, after which we would end the match and look at total damage. We used a barebones recon and Viking predator to conduct the test, and firerate was estimated by firing 30-45 rounds, cutting the recorded video at 0.25 speed, and dividing [total rounds fired] by [video length in seconds divided by 4].
For our first 2 tests, we chose 0m for Max damage and 25m because that’s about average distance from the ground to predkour branches.
The Pitbull and QR-4 definitely under performed our expectations.
